Oversaw the creation and management of a new editorial department, which, among other projects, built a content repository for Milwaukee Magazine, worked with print clients to implement digital transition, and produced a line of digital/print hybrid products for clients including McGraw-Hill. Modernized production operations focused on edtech, direct mail, and catalogue clients. Leveraged organization’s on-demand print capabilities and interactive digital products to provide clients with innovative solutions. Developed and implemented a multi-year business plan to meet financial and operational goals, including the development of Quad as a thought leader in interactive print. Recruited a vast network of highly skilled subject matter experts and content strategists.

Managed development of digital edtech platforms in conjunction with publishers and software developers including a new interactive product line for Encyclopedia Britannica, multiple end-to-end digital product launches for clients including Savvas, and the creation of numerous websites across sectors. Oversaw budgets, schedules, documentation, and reporting. Ran daily stand-ups, bi-weekly vendor calls, and weekly client status meetings. Researched, wrote, and edited content for a wide variety of subjects and publications across dozens of imprints.
