Two framed political cartoons hang on a white gallery wall, showing caricatured men in suits; small caption labels below.

I'm excited to announce that two of my pieces—Always Watching, and a Three Panel Trump & Elon Comic—have been included in the "That's All Folks?" Aponte Art Gallery showing in Chicago, where they will be on display for the next two weeks. Both signed Giclée prints are available for purchase through the gallery for the duration of the show.

Most of my work, in both pen on paper and digital ink is focused on portraiture and renderings of the human form.

Most of the faces I draw are from memory or imagination, but on occasion I'll sketch from a model, whether that be a friend in the studio or a stranger on the street.

Minimal black ink sketch of a bearded man’s bust on a white background, with a stern, thoughtful expression
Marko, ink on paper.

Over the years I've experimented in various styles but I always come back to an obsession with the contours and lines of the human face.

The irony in my art is that I tend toward being a recluse, a loner, a hermit. And yet my art is fueled by a real human need to connect.

Not all art is political but the best art has something to say.

The Donald, digital ink.

Donald Trump has been one of the most consequential political figures in American history. Unlike past political revolutions his is one built on mass wealth redistribution to the very top and almost incomprehensible incompetence. Chaos incarnate, setting blazes wherever he goes.

At least the old boy is having fun...
